hot Malayalam actress with tremendous acting talent.
Born to a Syrian Christian family in the Thiruvalla, Pathanamhitta distict of Kerala,
Meera Jasmine was discovered by director Blessy (then an assistant of director Lohithadas), who casted her in the Malayalam film, “Soothadharan” in 2001.
She then moved on to acting in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada films, where she was consistently nominated and awarded by several organizations (including the National Film Award for Best Actress in 2004, the Kerala State Film Award, the Tamil Nadu State Film Awards and the Kalaimamani Award.
